GROUP TUITION COURSES

If a suitable group is not available, clients will be offered an alternative course (20 hrs per week) consisting of a combination of 1:1 teaching and directed self-study for all or some of their course. This will be given at the same price as a Group Tuition course.

APPLICATION NOTES

Please complete an application form and send / fax it to ECS Scotland. You can now apply online using our convenient online application form. A deposit of £100 must be sent at the time of booking, unless payment is made in full (see methods of payment below).
When we receive a deposit, we will send you a letter of confirmation of your course and accommodation details (if applicable). No accommodation will be confirmed until we receive a deposit. Full payment should be made prior to a course or immediately on the first day of the course.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Cash payments / Eurocheque / bank transfer /VISA.
All bank charges both overseas and in the UK are the responsibility of the client.

CANCELLATION & INSURANCE

If you cancel your course or accommodation more than 30 days before the course begins, your money will be returned minus a £50 handling charge.
If you cancel less than 30 days before the course, your deposit will not be returned.
You are advised to ensure that you have appropriate medical and travel insurance for the period of your stay in the UK.
You may also wish to ensure your insurance covers cancellation of your course and travel costs, including any loss of tuition through illness during your course.

ACCOMMODATION

If required, accommodation should be booked at time of application.
Homestay accommodation is provided from the Sunday afternoon before the course begins until the Saturday morning after the course ends.
Homestay accommodation is half-board (i.e. breakfast and dinner are provided). Dinner is provided 6 nights per week.
Any extra nights accommodation are are charged pro-rata. No refunds are made if you leave your accommodation early.
