📖 Reading: Jean-Luc’s first day in Edinburgh

I arrived in Edinburgh yesterday. It was raining — but I didn’t mind.

The first thing I saw was the castle. It sits on a big rock in the middle of the city. It looked grey and strong in the mist.

After that, I walked through Princes Street Gardens. There were green trees, wet grass and yellow flowers. I saw people sitting on benches with umbrellas and takeaway coffee.

In the afternoon, I visited a small museum. It was free and very interesting. I learned about Scottish history and saw old maps and clothes.

Edinburgh feels calm but also exciting. I like the smell of the air — fresh and cool. I think I will enjoy my time here.
